I have 16+ years of experience working with adults in the medical (New York- Presbyterian Hospital) and mental health fields in New York City. I welcome clients from all cultural backgrounds with warmth, empathy, and attentiveness in a nonjudgemental way. With a trauma-informed lens, I help clients understand how past experiences shape present challenges while fostering safety, self-compassion, and resilience. My integrative approach draws on evidence-based modalities tailored to each person's unique needs and goals. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, weight and nutrition problems.
