I bring a warm, nonjudgmental approach to sessions and can support you in finding where you might want to try something new to step out of the usual patterns that keep you stuck.
My approach is tailored to your experience and informed by family systems theory, EFT, Gottman Method, and CBT. I am also a Prepare-Enrich facilitator for premarital counseling. Outside of relational work, I see individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and chronic pain/illness, drawing from my years working in higher levels of care.
