I love coming alongside individuals, couples, and families who are longing for deeper or renewed connection with themselves and each other, even if they can't see a way forward in their current circumstances.

We all get stuck at different times, as we navigate life the best we know how with the tools we've been given. Inviting someone in from the outside can give us the support we need to address patterns of coping and relating that may have helped us survive this far, but are not serving us well anymore and are causing distress.

Often, we have a sense that something needs healing in our lives long before we are able to admit it to ourselves.
