Maybe as a result of the loss of a job, having a tough time in a relationship, coping with online schooling and having to work full time. The grief we experience having lost a loved one. Therapy can offer a key to a different perspective and a new beginning. Together we can work to unravel the disturbing issues present in your life and discover a more joyful journey.
Sessions provide a safe relaxed environment where we will explore your goals. You will find a collaboration that supports a building of trust. You will be met with honesty, a sense of humor, and openness to exploration. I work with individuals, couples, and families. While working with me you may learn skills related to mindfulness and self-compassion.
