My main focus is on the importance of emotional wellbeing. I believe that everyone has the ability to thrive and find it a complete honor to journey with those who are struggling with the ebbs and flows of life. My main focus is building a therapeutic alliance and relationship. It is through this relationship that all things can begin to be explored and healed. Most all change happens in being witnessed by others, and it is my goal to meet clients where they are and feel seen in the beauty of their authenticity, regardless of circumstance. Through this relationship, we will find effective perspective shifts & coping skills.
My specialization is grief and loss up to and including complicated grief. I also specialize in trauma, anxiety, perfectionistic and/or people pleasing tendencies. I also enjoy working with topics related to parenting, couples work/relationship dynamics as well as specializing in blended/blending families.
