You want freedom from anxiety, depression, or trauma. You’re experiencing conflicts in your most important relationships. These problems often block us from feeling confident or thinking clearly. You may be out of energy trying to these solve issues on your own. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I support individuals and relationships through solution-focused and strengths-based approaches.
We may utilize elements from cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness to change unhelpful beliefs and narratives. Exploring intergenerational family systems and historical traumas are also important to our work together. Additionally, I offer Brainspotting as a brain+somatic (body-focused) modality to help move you through unresolved parts of trauma.
I dedicate a large part of my practice to serving LGBTQ+ individuals, complex trauma, children of immigrants, Asian- and Filipino-Americans, healthcare professionals, and pregnant and postpartum families. Many, though not all, of my clinical interests are a result of lived experience. I am excited to support your self-discovery and recovery!

Groups
Teens Art Therapy Support Group
4-week Program for Teens ages 14-17 years old, navigating social media challenges by exploring impact on identity, relationships, and focus. Activities will include mindfulness tools, group art activity, and self-portrait art, facilitated by Nichole Cassidy, Associate Marriage & Family Therapist #138230 (supervised by Anna Roberts, LMFT #103600).
