Although I’ve worked with a variety of people, I enjoy working with women navigating changes across the lifespan, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and those experiencing concerns surrounding anxiety and depression, trauma, stress, and grief and loss. I support clients in building on their current strengths and means of coping.
I seek to establish an environment focused on safety, connection, and empowerment. I take a collaborative approach to supporting clients in identifying and generalizing healthy coping skills that work for them. My approach focuses on using strengths-based and mindfulness-based approaches to healing.
