Hi and welcome! My name is Iris Raileanu Pincin and I am Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Southern California. I work with individuals on a variety of topics such as depression, anxiety, trauma etc. utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused- CBT, Psychodynamic etc. In addition, I work with couples on communication, healthy fighting, discovering unmet needs and so much more by utilizing Gottman, Prepare & Enrich etc.
I have found that my style and approach fit well with people who are ready to take it a step further and deeper into understanding own needs, unprocessed feelings and experiences and gain new insights.
