I enjoy working with adults and teens who are seeking guidance to address symptoms of anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and every day life challenges. I use a supportive, person-centered approach coupled with cognitive/behavioral techniques to address client concerns.

Graduating with honors, I received my master's degree in Education with a concentration in Guidance in Counseling in 1998. I have been practicing as a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2000. I am a current member of the Texas Counseling Association.

Making the decision to work with a therapist can be difficult and overwhelming. My goal is to meet people where they're at and provide a welcoming and safe space to begin their journey toward a more peaceful and satisfying life.
