I am a compassionate clinical social worker who believes in the ability of human beings to change their lives and behaviors. I see the role of the therapist as being a facilitator; helping clients to explore their concerns or symptoms in order to gain insight into their lives and relationships.
I use psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral techniques to help clients gain greater acceptance of themselves and others as well as fostering an openness to new ways of doing things.

I have over 12 years of experience and am especially skilled in treating anxiety and panic, relationship problems, eating disorders, as well as body image issues. I love my work and care deeply about my clients.
