I'm Anna, an LMSW specializing in complex trauma, PTSD, foster care and adoption, sexually reactive behaviors, self-harm, mood and personality disorders, and psychogenic non-epileptic seizures (PNES/FND). I previously worked in residential settings with youth with significant trauma histories. My approach draws from TF-CBT, DBT, play, and somatic work.
I believe there is a spark of light even in the darkest stories. Therapy can hold heavy things, and warmth and moments of laughter are part of how healing happens.
