I have been working as a Clinical Social worker for over 22 years. I have extensive experience working with adolescents, adults, family and couples coping with symptoms of Anxiety, Depression, PTSD and ADHD. I assist families and couples on building healthy communication to repair broken relationships. My goal is help you gain the tools needed to heal and foster emotional stability. Taking the first step towards change, takes a lot of courage but you will be guided with support throughout the process.
My approach is client focused. We will work together in identifying possible triggers of distress and/or stressors, explore past and current trauma that can impact, develop appropriate coping strategies and explore possible solutions to aid in promoting an improved symptom management.
I utilize strength base counseling and cognitive behavioral techniques to promote healing. I foster a safe and accepting environment.
