About
CURRENTLY NOT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS. Do you find yourself stressed out and overwhelmed, wishing you could put the puzzle pieces of your life together? My focus is to help you navigate unexpected changes, increase self-compassion, & develop strategies that allow you to get what you want out of relationships. I love helping people create a life for themselves that satisfies their individual needs and desires. I enjoy working with a variety of ages and backgrounds, and primarily work with late teens/college-age students, young adults, parents, and artists/creatives who have anxiety, depression, or are feeling overwhelmed by stressors.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Board Certified Art Therapist, I have a range of talk therapy approaches to help people reach their goals. I can also use art therapy and creative writing approaches if a client is interested. You decide where you'd like to grow, and I will help by offering a variety of techniques to help you get there.
Therapy is a wonderful way to improve your life. I believe it should be rewarding and enjoyable. My approach is warm, friendly and compassionate. To love yourself enough to make choices that empower you requires unconditional positive regard. I love what I do and I am truly honored that I get to do it! Call for a free phone consultation.
