I draw from mindfulness, somatic practices, and EMDR therapy to help you regulate your nervous system, release old patterns, and grow in self-trust. Together, we’ll explore how to move through life's challenges while honoring what makes you uniquely human.

I specialize in working with highly sensitive and empathic adults navigating grief, trauma, and relationship challenges.
