Welcome, whether you are beginning your journey in therapy or coming back, I am
happy you are here. Sometimes we need a space to exhale, a place where we can feel
seen, understood, and supported without judgment or pressure to have everything
figured out. In my work, I strive to create that kind of space: one grounded in safety,
trust, and connection, where clients can show up fully and authentically, while
reconnecting with their strengths, resilience, and sense of self.
I work with children, adolescents, and emerging adults navigating anxiety,
neurodivergence, self-esteem challenges, stress, overwhelm, and big life transitions. I
draw from CBT, person-centered therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
With children, I also incorporate play and sand play to support expression, growth, and
healing.
Beginning this process can be scary and overwhelming. I value partnering closely with
