Hello! I enjoy working with people navigating hard emotions, life transitions, and the ways the past shows up in the present. Sessions are flexible, and I often draw on parts-work — the idea that all our reactions (even ones that show up when we're stressed!) deserve a seat at the table. I identify as queer and have extensive experience working with trans and non-binary folks. I'm attuned to the particular stressors that come with our identities — whether that's the heart of our work or just knowing you're welcomed as you are. Clients often describe our work as collaborative, honest, and a space to hold whatever life brings.
I provide LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and their families, as well as folks of all identities seeking relief from trauma, anxiety, and depression. I tailor my approach to your goals, frequently drawing on parts-work and nature-based therapies. This integrative style supports you in building new patterns and feeling less stuck.

Gender Exploration Therapy Group (ages 10-13)
Palette of Possibilities is an 8-week, gender-affirming therapy group designed for transgender, non-binary, gender-expansive, and gender-exploring youth ages 10–13. This group offers a creative, supportive space where kids can explore identity, express emotions, and connect with peers who may share similar experiences. No prior art experience is needed!
