I am passionate about working with adolescents and young adults who are balancing future dreams with prior adverse experiences, those who have experienced trauma, or those who are navigating the world with neurodiverse needs. As a self-proclaimed ‘business casual goth’ with a neurosparkly brain, I know that resilience and healing look different for every human. I am certified in Animal assisted social work and animal assisted psychotherapy. I use an integrative approach that combines dialectical and cognitive behavioral therapies, rooted in attachment theory, with a relational cultural approach that acknowledges the relationship and safety formed the therapeutic alliance to be the most potent catalyst for change.
