But being that therapist that is able to assist you to take hold of your future and assist you to heal from the past might be worth your time. I focus on working with people who have issues with: Life/Work/School. Caregivers/parents. Teens and adults living with trauma, Physical/Sexual assault. I have worked 20+ yrs. with people. The elderly, foster parents, teens as a school counselor and therapy to children and families suffering from trauma.
I use a number of therapeutic modalities including: Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Trauma Focused-CBT, Play Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR)
