I have ten years of experience in community mental health and worked with individuals from a variety of life experiences and backgrounds. I enjoy working with youth and adolescents, college students and young adults as well as those in mid-life and beyond. I primarily use Client Centered, CBT, & Solution Focused Therapy, each with a trauma informed approach.
