If you've been feeling stuck in the way you think, your relationships, your behavior patterns, or your faith, a therapeutic relationship may play a key role in helping you move forward and grow. I have a heart for working with individuals to figure out their stuck points and provide skills to cope with their difficulties. I work with teens and adults who have experienced trauma, who are struggling with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, spiritual concerns, and life transitions.
The therapeutic relationship is essential to the healing process. Building upon the trust in our relationship, I integrate evidence-based techniques and Christianity to foster growth and healing. I am also trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), an evidenced-based technique to help individuals heal from traumatic memories.
Beginning counseling can be intimidating. However, each step you take is one step closer to healing. I would be honored to walk alongside you in your journey.
