Do you feel alone? Do you struggle with what path you should take? Are you trying to get back on track because "life has happened"? I can support you and walk with you along your path. I have provided individual and group therapy for over 6 years. My passion for helping others comes from my life experiences. My areas of passion/specialty: Anger management, Domestic violence, narcissistic abuse recovery, depression, anxiety, grief, addictions/substance abuse, trauma, couples counseling and relationship issues, self esteem, and family conflict. I, also, work with all kinds of court ordered clients.

I use a variety of different counseling methods (CBT, DBT) and I can provide EMDR, as well! I am a licensed adddictions counselor, as well.

I have worked with diverse populations and would welcome you into my office! I’m native to the San Luis Valley. I understand the culture of SLV and I know the possible fear of seeking mental health care. Therapy gives you a chance to unpack your trauma and tell your story.
