I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I specialize in trauma, PTSD, grief, and loss, and work with adults of all ages dealing with a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, phobias, and relationship issues. I have also completed specialized training in trauma, complex PTSD, and issues affecting military families and veterans.
Before completing my Master of Science in Counseling at Palm Beach University Orlando, I was licensed as a psychologist in Australia. My therapeutic approach is grounded in psychodynamic and attachment theory, and I also incorporate techniques from Gestalt and other therapies.
