Does your child keep getting in trouble at school? Are family conflicts becoming more escalated? Does your teen have a history of being in trouble in the juvenile justice system? My expertise includes supporting youth with problematic sexualized behaviors, truancy concerns, addiction, self-harm, suicidality, and strained parent–teen relationships. I believe every young person deserves to be understood beyond their behaviors and that families can find healing within a supportive, nonjudgmental space. With a background in education and mental health, I provide trauma-informed, developmentally attuned, and culturally responsive care.
I help children and teens manage overwhelming emotions, behavioral challenges, and the effects of trauma. My specialties include supporting neurodivergent youth and working closely with families, schools, and community partners. I offer a safe, collaborative space where clients gain coping skills, confidence, and hope.
As a Hispanic therapist, I am deeply committed to creating inclusive spaces where no family feels unseen or unheard. I especially enjoy working with caregivers who feel unsure how to help their teen engaged in problematic behaviors or involved with the court system.
