Your past pain is real and it is common for that past pain to hurt in the present. You don't have to "just accept it". I have success working with clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, maternal mental health issues, family dynamic issues, and also have extensive experience working with children, adolescents and families. My clients trust that I can help them overcome whatever their challenges are. One of my passions is Prenatal Bonding and psychology, enhancing the bond between mother and child to improve birth outcomes and reduce adverse postpartum experiences.

The greatest athletes have coaches that help them overcome challenges that hold them back from greatness. Therapy works similarly. As your therapist, we work together to identify challenges and how to overcome them. My approach is warm and empathetic. You will feel empowered while also encouraged to set goals for our work together.
