Hi! I am a trauma therapist who goes beyond traditional talk therapy and cognitive interventions. Perhaps you are a self-aware person who just can't understand why it's so difficult to move on from certain things, or you're having reactions to things that just don't feel like the real you! I can help go to the heart of these issues to find what you need to still process or heal from. I treat trauma, including attachment trauma, sexual assault, witnessing domestic or community violence, and trauma of early childhood. I also treat clients who are experiencing guilt, shame, recurring negative cognitions, anxiety, and depression.
I am a therapist who specializes in interventions such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Ego State therapy, and mindfulness. My approach is person centered, in order to meet you where you feel safe, and comfortable. I believe in compassionate, professional services!
