I want to partner with you to help you find healing as well as help you set and achieve personal goals. I want you to leave our sessions possessing more hope and encouragement than when you arrived.
I use an integrative approach where I evaluate your specific needs and tailor evidence based treatments to fit your needs. I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults and adults as they maneuver through life stages and face various challenges within those stages. I have especially loved working with the college-age population over the last several years.
