I work well with verbal processors, people who best process what's going on for them by expressing it aloud. In particular, those navigating difficult relationship and family dynamics, facing challenges with pregnancy and parenthood, or struggling with complex emotions around sex and sexuality.
I take a humanistic, existential, and psychodynamic approach to therapy. This means working together to bridge an understanding of your lived experiences, past and present. Through that understanding, we develop the therapeutic relationship, and the relationship we build becomes part of the healing process.
