In my practice I focus on teaching my clients ways build resilience to stress and get back a sense of stability and calm. If you value genuine emotional support, honest feedback, and new perspectives we might be a good match. I provide support for who have experience with expanded states of consciousness ( spontaneous awakenings, near death experiences, or therapeutic use of psilocybin, LSD). These experiences can provide tremendous opportunities for growth and healing, especially when guided with caring, competent support. My approach is kind, open-minded, grounded, and practical.
My specialty is health psychology using an ACT framework, working with people experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship problems and medical conditions including cancer and chronic pain. I work best with people who like a lot of collaboration and back and forth in therapy. I combine compassionate empathy with realistic assessment and practical skills.
I offer therapy services on a flexible schedule. I welcome people who have an understanding of technology and might prefer therapy online via secure video.
