Through the use of active and empathetic listening, professional counseling techniques, exercises and methods focused towards attaining measurable progress, I will work with you to find resources, tools and skills to pro-actively and confidently manage what you are faced with today. With a non-judgmental, caring and compassionate approach, I will also work with you to find healing from issues of trauma, abuse, grief, broken relationships or other unresolved issues from your past.
Treatment modalities include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solutions focused therapy, Prepare-Enrich (premarital, marriage enrichment & relationship counseling), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), biblio-therapy and faith-centered counseling techniques when desired.
Update 3/17/20: During the time of this pandemic, telehealth sessions are encouraged. I will help you navigate the technology required. You can return to face to face sessions at a later time, or remain in a telehealth platform at your choice.
