I strive to help individuals learn ways to improve communication, decrease stress, improve coping skills, and to set personal goals in life. I am motivated to help you succeed. My focus is to provide unconditional positive regard for my clients and to provide specialized therapeutic services for each client. My specialties include depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, and neurodiversity, to include ADHD. I am a certified Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS) as well as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP).
I utilize the most current evidence-based treatments EMDR, EFT, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I also offer a free weekly group, "Neurodiversity is Beautiful", where people with ADHD or any other processing differences (including migraines and seizures) meet and offer peer support to each other.
I am comfortable working with individuals from all cultures and lifestyle choices. I have an easy-going approach; my counseling style combines empathy with a solution-based focus.

Neurodiversity is Beautiful
A social support group for adults and young adults with any processing diversity. This includes ADHD, OCD, Autism Spectrum Disorder and even Seizures or chronic migraine. New groups start every 8 weeks and an ongoing group is available every week after the initial group. Group is co-facilitated and is held at LIFE,Inc. It is FREE.
