In therapy, we slow things down and create space for your child to feel safe enough to express themselves in their own way. Through play, imagery, and other creative methods, I help children and teens communicate what they can’t always say directly. Together, we look beneath behaviors to understand the emotional patterns driving them, and support healthier ways of coping and relating.
