Making the choice to seek out therapy can be a tough decision and transition, but it doesn't necessarily need to be hard. I invite you into a therapeutic space of safety, comfort, non-judgement, and exploration. Establishing a positive therapeutic relationship is the key to promoting healing. Therapy is a space where you should feel seen, understood, and heard. I emphasize that traditional talk therapy isn't right for everyone and incorporate different styles of therapy into each session. I have experience treating children, adolescents, teens, and adults. I established my career working and learning within trauma-informed therapy practices where I practiced a balance of CBT and somatic-based interventions. I treat those who have been diagnosed with ADHD and learning disabilities, as well as adolescents struggling with minor substance use.
I am a young mother of two wonderful children who understands and empathizes with the needs of parents and the emotional difficulties parenthood can provide. I hold a masters degree in both Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Music Therapy. I incorporate expressive therapies into not only therapy sessions, but my own daily life.
