I seek to create a space for people who have ever felt out of place, pressured to fit into boxes that don't reflect who they truly are, or follow patterns that don't serve them. My practice is rooted in the belief that authenticity is not something to fix, but something to be honored. I work with individuals and couples navigating neurodivergence, codependent relationship patterns, and those who identify as “minimizers” who want support coming out of their shell. I also support gender-diverse clients navigating social and medical transitions. My practice is sex-positive and knowledgeable of ENM/poly relationships.

My practice is about reclaiming your voice, owning your story, and stepping fully into a life that feels honest and true—on your own terms. I utilize strengths-based, trauma-informed approaches. For couples/relationship counseling, I incorporate Imago Relationship Therapy and Attachment Theory.

I believe that everyone already possesses the tools needed to accomplish their goals. My role is to help you access those tools, refine them, and learn how to apply them in different contexts.
