I’m here to help teenagers and adults seeking to improve their wellness and develop a better understanding of their path. As a queer person, I also know the stressors of navigating a cis-het normative culture. For Trans and gender expansive folx, I use informed consent and self-determination models.
Each step on your path is just as significant as the step you took before. As we develop a plan tailored to your goals, we will explore your history that led you to where you are now and your unique strengths that will help you take your next step. I integrate elements of psychodynamic theory, feminist theory, and person-centered theory.
