In turn, this can impact how you interact with various aspects of your life, including other people. While we can set intentions and pursue goals to fit your needs and preferences, it’s also important to me to structure each appointment as much as possible around what is most relevant to you, what you need, and your bandwidth at that point in time.

Though most of my professional focus has been on treating trauma, I like to work with people who are navigating life’s growing pains regardless of whether trauma is involved. I’ll gladly accept clients who just need a temporary safety net to boost them through a rough patch and long-term clients who appreciate having ongoing therapy as part of their routine.

I'd be happy to discuss whether we might be a good fit. EMAIL is the best way to contact me. I am only able to return phone calls from callers who leave voicemail messages.
