If you're like many of my clients, you've tried coping on your own but things aren't getting better. As a psychotherapist, I believe therapy is a path to healing and growth. Through a collaborative approach, I aim to help you achieve your goals, develop healthier relationships, find relief from distressing symptoms, and discover more comfort within yourself and in your life. I combine relational, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral approaches to address a range of issues, including: depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, work-related stress, life transitions, family conflict, self-esteem, loss and grief, and many forms of trauma.
