I also work with couples looking to deepen or repair connection, resolve conflict, strengthen communication, and build secure attachment skills.
My values align with intersectional and multicultural approaches, specifically aligning with the strengths-based approach of feminist theory. I use a combination of techniques specifically tailored to you, including art therapy, CBT/TF-CBT, and mindfulness practices.
I view the therapeutic relationship as egalitarian and want the process to be as transparent as possible. My goal is to provide affordable and accessible therapy for those seeking counseling.
