When you're feeling stagnant, overwhelmed or lost, working with a therapist can help you find self-confidence and create a shift towards pursuing a path of healing. I help my clients identify and work through hardships that impact current functioning and move towards implementing strategies that promote growth and positive change. As a trauma informed therapist I believe our past impacts our present and future selves, and must be handled with care. Together, through a compassionate approach, we will create a plan allowing for long-term change as we establish and work towards your goals at a pace that feels right to you.

I help provide you with the tools to be able to navigate through hardships independently, help you identify a sense of self, encourage growth and offer support & empathy throughout this journey. I utilize many modalities, including Parts Work and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), to help clients reach their individual goals.

I strive to maintain a safe, warm and collaborative space for my clients to explore what has brought them to therapy.
