I am a doctoral level Clinical Psychologist specializing in Infant/Early Childhood Mental Health and Psychodynamic/Psychoanalytic work with adults. In my work as an Infant Mental Health expert, I work with children ages 0-6 and their caregivers, as well as prenatal and postpartum clients. I specialize in early childhood trauma, attachment and relational concerns and fostercare/adoption. I use evidence-based interventions including Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Circle of Security and Preschool PTSD Treatment (PPT).
In my work with adults, I practice from a psychodynamic/psychoanalytic perspective - also known as Depth Psychology. This approach allows for a deeper understanding of oneself, and an uncovering of unconscious patterns that may be impacting one's life. Working with dreams is often a helpful part of the therapeutic work.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and relationship-focused, and I am dedicated to culturally competent and person-affirming care. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly heard and supported.
