I work with a blend of Person-Centered and Existential therapy, focusing on the needs of the person and what they find important and meaningful in life. This can be widely applied to many problems and concerns.
I have worked with a wide variety of clients with many different concerns, so whatever your current struggles, I believe we can find solutions together. I have specific experience working with LGBTQ+ clients, and I also have an art background, so I am happy to work art techniques into our sessions as well!
