I am trained in grief counseling and EMDR, a trauma-focused therapy.
My approach emphasizes creating a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space where you can explore and grow. Together, we will identify your goals for treatment and use a strengths-based approach in reaching them. I integrate various therapeutic tools, drawing from CBT, DBT, MI, ACT, and PCT. I am trained in EMDR via EMDR Institute.
