As your therapist, I listen to you. I listen carefully to who you are, what you feel—and most importantly, how you'd like to feel. I work with professionals, mothers, and creatives, and support individuals through stressful challenges, career changes, family and relationship tension, grief, and traumatic experiences. In our sessions, I help you listen compassionately to your caring voice and inner wisdom, guiding you to remember your authentic self.
My approach is compassionate, caring, and collaborative. With a psychodynamic embrace, I invite dreamwork, mindfulness, and EMDR. I am here with you as you rebuild and recreate, and remember that you are enough, whole, and worthy. I am here with you as you remember your inner connection, purpose, and authentic self.
I meet with clients in my office on Fashion Island. When I'm not working, you'll often find me with a good book in my hands. I love writing, walking in nature, and traveling near and far.
