My biggest passions are healing from complex and childhood traumas, and supporting pregnancy and postpartum journeys. This looks like building skills to cope with challenging mood and behaviors, developing self-awareness and self-compassion, honoring old wounds or generational patterns, and holding space for grief. Processing feelings and healing relational challenges is key. I use a holistic approach that honors my clients' innate healing wisdom- from mind, body, and spirit. I welcome adult individuals and couples, LGBTQIA+ folks, moms and dads. I'm sex and kink positive, fat positive, and culturally & religiously affirming.
There is no one-size-fits all approach to therapy. I employ a variety of proven therapeutic modalities, including CBT & ACT, mindfulness, IFS, and somatic (body-based) work. If appropriate, I also offer Ketamine assisted psychotherapy and integration. My approach is: 1st, we put out the fires, and then we explore how we want or need to rewire the house.
Therapy with me is collaborative: You come with the intention to grow or heal, and all your strengths as well as challenges; I offer a warm, respectful, and clinically experienced approach that honors your inherent worth and capacity, with humor and hope. Together we explore, and support your journey from specific goals to greater well being and health.
