About
Whatever has moved you to seek therapy, it is an important step in your life. I am honored to have the opportunity to work with clients on this journey. Together, we will identify your goals and work to get you where you want to be. I am a skills based therapist who will partner with you to teach you tools for coping, communication and navigating through your life effectively. Being a therapist is a great joy and I look forward to working with you if you think I can help.
I am an experienced Cognitive Behavioral Therapist with intensive Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Certification. Additionally, I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also have extensive training in mindfulness which I use as the basis of all my therapy work. I have advanced EMDR certification to use in trauma work.
I’m here to support and help you. Everyone’s therapy process is unique and we will work together to find what will be successful for you. Our work will be mindful, collaborative and helpful. We will build a “toolbox” of skills that will be effective for you.
