Hello! I'm accepting new clients (children, teens, and adults) in WA and TX and would love to talk with you about working together! I love working with expecting and new parents; young children and their caregivers struggling with challenges like anxiety and tough behavior; teens and young adults navigating growth, change, and identity exploration; and parents at any stage facing the challenges and pressures of modern life. As a mother of two and an experienced therapist, I know firsthand the challenges that come with this journey and the importance of having support, and I have the tools to offer that support to others.

My therapy approach is grounded in evidence-based practice, cultural humility, and a trauma-informed, healing-centered perspective. My first priority is for clients to feel welcome, seen, and accepted just as they are, and to build a genuine therapeutic relationship.

Within that relationship, we explore stories, strengths, challenges, and values, and build skills to move toward a more fulfilling life centered around what matters most to you.
