When your child is struggling, you don't have to navigate it alone. I help young children, teens, and their families build stronger connections, navigate anxiety, emotional or behavioral challenges, life transitions, grief and loss, potty issues and develop the confidence to thrive. Together, we'll create a safe, supportive space where children can express themselves, build emotional resilience, and develop healthy coping skills. I also partner with parents to better understand their child's unique needs, strengthen the parent-child relationship, and foster lasting growth and connection both at home and beyond the therapy room.
My specialty is Child-Centered Play Therapy, an approach that recognizes play as a child’s natural way of communicating & processing experiences. I create a supportive space where children can explore emotions, build confidence, & develop new ways of coping. I also support parents in understanding their child’s needs and strengthening attachment.

As a former Montessori teacher, I learned the importance of seeing each child as a unique individual with their own strengths, needs, and experiences.
