I specialize in working with issues related to trauma, anxiety, OCD, and grief. My approach is client-centered and relational; you are the expert in your life, and my job will be to help you step more confidently into that role while providing opportunities in the here-and-now for new behaviors and ways of thinking that can build lasting change.
