Many want clarity, steadiness, and a deeper understanding of what’s happening inside. Through somatic work, Gestalt therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), we slow down and explore the mind–body connection so you can reconnect with your emotions and the parts of you that have been holding stress, fear, or old stories for a long time.

I help adults and couples slow down, understand their inner world, and reconnect with what they need. Using somatic therapy, Gestalt, and IFS, we explore the sensations, feelings, and internal stories that shape your life. As patterns become clearer, new choices and possibilities emerge.
