I am skilled in helping individuals and couples learn how to identify and tolerate difficult emotions, how to move inward into your own body and create an inner knowing, and grow toward creating the relationship you want with yourself and/or your partner. I also work with clients looking to deconstruct from high control religions and learn to trust your own knowing again. I create a space for clients to feel supported, heard, and empowered as they move toward healing and change. I am LGBTQIA+ friendly and approach all clients with empathy and compassion.
My therapeutic approach is client-centered and tailored to the individual’s or couple's needs. Evidenced-based treatment models include: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support your goal toward healing.
