I am honored to provide guidance for individuals seeking change in all contexts of their life, including navigating transitions, exploring grief and loss, addressing mood concerns, and gaining a deeper connection to yourself, others, and your environment. I have specialized training and extensive experience supporting perinatal mood concerns, perinatal loss, and parenting and family adjustments. After many years of practice in health care settings, I also have expertise in navigation of health care systems, and in supporting care providers.
My approached is centered in social justice and strengths based frameworks and I support clients with compassion and flexibility. I’m trained and knowledgeable in many evidenced based therapies and integrate a variety of approaches into my practice based on each client's unique needs and goals. I am a certified Perinatal Mental Health Provider.
I welcome collaboration with client's support systems and other care providers if desired. My hope is for each client to find a therapeutic fit that is both accessible and compatible, and to feel empowered as they work toward their goals.
