As a therapist, I draw from trauma-informed modalities such as EMDR, IFS parts work, somatic therapy, and relational talk therapy to create a safe space of warmth, curiosity, and humor to collaboratively explore and address the sources of your pain. I also specialize in chronic pain that might be a result of emotional stress or unresolved life experiences.
